My own copy of Grimm's Fairy Tales, which I found in a charity shop for 25p a couple of years ago, and have loved ever since- originally belonging to a 'Lily Morton' in 1928 (as the inside cover reads), being given the copy by the local church parish.
Although the illustrative elements of the book are incredibly limited, just the one inside cover illustration from a scene of 'Cinderella', the book is rich in text and story content with forty-three of the two-hundred-and-nine stories from the complete Grimm's collection- again, providing a great resource for my editorial design as body copy to sit alongside my illustrative designs.
